1. Intiatial discussion

2. Project planning

Once you’ve accepted our proposal it’s time to add flesh to bring out the details. At this stage we’ll talk through the project plan and schedule, confirm responsibilities and deliverables, and discuss the approval process. We’ll review your existing content, and provide feedback on additional requirements. For any work requirements beyond our capabilities we can always recommend reputable suppliers.

On larger projects we may convene a strategy workshop for key stakeholders and audience members. This allows us to deep dive into your brand, objectives, customers, KPIs and make sure that everybody is on the same page. By the end of this stage we’ll have the first draft of your digital marketing strategy, which will guide the rest of the process with who will do what, when, what tools they need and what the reporting criteria is.

3. Content Development

Content is as important as design and we believe that content drives design, and not the other way round. For website design we’ll compile relevant and search engine-friendly copy, and craft the information architecture that determines what copy goes into each page, and how these pages should be linked.

Now that all the necessary content is in place, we set to work on the production phase of your project. We carry out all design and development work in-house and we don’t outsource unless we absolutely have to (if we need specialist technical development for example). If we do outsource any of the work we handle all third-party communication so that you only have to deal with one point of contact throughout the project.

We involve you in discussions on direction wherever appropriate, and we’ll share preliminary mock-ups and prototypes with you on a regular basis. We encourage quick, honest feedback so that we can incorporate any necessary adjustments immediately.

5. Review & Launch

Once the project deliverables are considered to be market-ready, we conduct a thorough review with your team, as well as any relevant external stakeholders. This involves proofreading copy, checking user experience, and testing functionality across multiple devices and browsers. Based on feedback we then fine-tune and move to the launch phase.

Depending on the nature of your project, the launch itself could be a big bang, or a series of strategic steps.
